# How-To Steps:
01 - Bring 1 cup water and dried culinary lavender to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Remove from heat, cover, and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
02 - Strain lavender flowers through fine mesh, returning infused water to saucepan. Stir in 1/2 cup honey until completely dissolved and allow syrup to cool to room temperature.
03 - In a large pitcher, combine cooled lavender syrup, 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup honey, and 3 cups cold water. Stir thoroughly until all honey dissolves completely.
04 - Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding additional honey or tartness by incorporating more lemon juice as preferred.
05 - Transfer pitcher to refrigerator and chill for minimum 1 hour before serving.
